  • St. Aidan’s Cumbria is seeking an Operations Lead to help build the operational, financial and organisational foundations of a growing church in the northern Lake District.

    This is a key role within the Leadership Team, focused on ensuring the church runs smoothly and sustainably: from financial management and administration to governance, reporting and compliance.

    We are looking for someone highly organised, confident with systems and finances, and motivated by seeing the church equipped for mission and growth.

    This role will help develop the structures needed not only for the ongoing growth of St. Aidan’s, but also for the planting of new churches and communities across Cumbria.
